  • How do I make a reservation at Palladium destinations and how far in advance?

    By contacting the Palladium Travel Club reservations department directly at: reservations@palladiumtravelclub.com In order to guarantee room availability, reservations must be made at least 90 days in advance. If we do not have this time, we will do our best to confirm an available space for our Members, subject to availability.   • How do I make a booking to international destinations other than Palladium?

    Since Palladium cannot guarantee or control the inventory available at international destinations affiliated with the exchange companies with which it has an agreement, it is recommended that you contact the Palladium Travel Club reservations department at least 6 months in advance. TIP: When sending a reservation request to an international destination, please indicate flexibility in travel dates as well as 3 destination alternatives. Exchange company inventories do not belong to Palladium Hotel Group inventory, so it is recommended that you contact your affiliated exchange company to find available options for your trip. We recommend you to be flexible in the dates and desired destination, this way it will be easier to make the exchange.

  • How can I access special rates, discounts and offers for Members?

    When you make a booking request with our Member Service Centre, they will be able to inform you about the current discounts. They will also be available on our website and social networks. *Palladium Travel Club Members will soon receive offers and promotions through our Newsletter via email. Annual rates are provided by the Palladium Travel Club Reservations Department and current discounts can be consulted on our website: www.palladiumtravelclub.com.

  • I changed my credit card. How do I register a new one to continue making payments?

    If your credit card expires or you need to pay the monthly membership fees with a different credit card than the one you registered with, please contact the Collections department at: info@palladiumtravelclub.com. The process is completely secure. You can also ask to be contacted by telephone. When writing to the department you can leave your mobile phone number.

  • How can I check my Membership balance?

    Send us an email to info@palladiumtravelclub.com with your membership number and we will send you the information as soon as it is corroborated with finances. You will soon be able to check your Membership balances in the "Personal" Members section of our new website.

  • How and where do I use Palladium Money?

    Palladium Money is used within Grand Palladium hotels for all services offered directly at our facilities: extra room charges, Logo Shop (valid only in Riviera Maya, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Vallarta) and Zentropia Spa. TIP: Before using your Palladium Money, ask about restrictions at each consumption centre.

  • How do I use my benefit weeks?

    We ask you to review the Conditions of Use of the certificate you received when you purchased your Membership and contact the Member Service Centre to enjoy your benefit weeks. We recommend that you contact the Palladium Travel Club Reservations Department to validate your weeks and apply them to your reservation.

  • How can an application before my arrival at Palladium be more effective?

    All special requests from our Members are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, they will be treated with the highest priority by Grand Palladium Hotels in order to satisfy your needs as much as possible. It is of the utmost importance that when you submit a request, you make your requests to us in a general way and with some flexibility, as this will give us a better chance of meeting your expectations. Low probability request: "I want to stay in room 6023 Riviera Maya". Probability 1/1554 High probability request: King size bed on the ground floor near the pool in Riviera Maya. Odds: 144/1554

  • What are the different Membership types?

    Membership types depend on many factors, such as room type, number of weeks to be used with Palladium, Benefit Weeks (free Palladium weeks),international weeks (Access to more than 4,000 destinations around the world through an agreement with other vacation club companies) and the membership term.

  • What do I need to do to be a Palladium Travel Club Member?

    To become a member you only need the following: Willingness to enjoy your vacations at Grand Palladium hotels, preference for a customized service and strong intention to get exclusive services.     No animals of any type are allowed into the hotel, with the exception of guide dogs, which are welcome and free of charge. Pets will only be permitted in Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Restrictions in weight and breed can be consulted on their websites.

  • IS WI-FI FREE?

    Yes. Wi-Fi is free and included in the room rates of all our hotels.
