The main pool at the Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa is the place where your holiday really begins. A spectacular family pool with views of the Caribbean where you can choose between chilling out on a lounger, sipping on a delicious cocktail at the poolside bar, getting your kicks with the family at activities organized by our entertainment team, or just going with the flow and enjoying a bit of everything any which way you please. If you're looking to spend your hols hanging out by the pool, you'll be happy to know that you can kick back on one of our semi-covered loungers and avail of a swim-up bar with a full drinks menu, right inside the pool. An oasis in paradise. An exclusive and intimate hydromassage pool for adults only, where you can soak and relax in the quiet all the way to midnight. Located in the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa, the El Secreto pool is surrounded by luscious greenery and offers a bar service where you can raise a glass to an incredible holiday in the best company. Grand Palladium Riviera Maya features one of the most complete Spa & Wellness centers in the Mayan Riviera. In addition to offering exclusive and personalized services, the Zentropía Palladium Spa & Wellness also features an ample gymnasium with modern exercise equipment, jacuzzi, sauna and vapor baths that will fly you to a haven of tranquility and pleasure. Pamper yourself with a luxurious massage or choose amongst a great variety of beauty treatments (additional costs and previous reservation required). Information subject to change. All Spa services require advanced reservation, except for the gym. Children under 18 are not allowed in the Spa. Located in the Mini Club, our little ones from 1 to 4 years old will be able to play at their ease, both indoors and outdoors, thanks to our staff who are highly trained in caring for children of this age. Open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

From the arts and crafts room to the video games and volleyball, the Mini Club has outdoor and indoor facilities so that children aged between 4/8 and 9/12 years can also enjoy their holidays in a magical setting. For those who want to learn, we offer an eco tour of the Resort to find out about the culture, flora and fauna of the area.

Teenagers tend to have very specific tastes and are also very demanding. This is why our Grand Palladium Resorts in Riviera Maya have an exclusive club just for teenagers aged between 13 and 19 years. Here they will find a video games lounge, pool tables, table football and even a disco twice a week!  Open from 16:00 AM to midnight.
