  • WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?

    You can invite your family and friends who want to experience the Palladium Travel Club.

  • TO WHICH DESTINATIONS CAN MY REFERRALS TRAVEL?

    The Referral Program only applies in the following destinations: Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Riviera Maya, Vallarta and Costa Mujeres.

  • HOW CAN THEY PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAMME?

    Send us an email to: info@palladiumtravelclub.com with the following details: 

    • Name and surname of the holder,
    • Membership number,
    • Name and surname of the referral, 
    • Referral's contact number, 
    • Referral's email address.
  • HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY REFERRAL IS CONTACTED?

    During the entire booking process we will keep you in copy so that you will be updated on the communication.

  • WHAT IS THE PROCESS MY REFERRAL WILL FOLLOW?

    We will contact your referral to guide them with the best options for their trip and register their details in the programme. When they decide on a destination and dates for their stay we will send them a final confirmation letter. Finally, during your stay you will be assigned a date to attend the Palladium Travel Club presentation and 90-minute sales tour.

  • WHAT SHOULD MY REFERRALS BRING TO THE PALLADIUM TRAVEL CLUB PRESENTATION AND SALES TOUR?

    To attend the 90-minute Palladium Travel Club presentation, guests must present an official ID and 2 valid credit cards (debit cards are not valid).

  • HOW DO MY REFERRALS GET MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS?
    To obtain the benefits, referrals must pay a variable fee according to the number of nights they stay. ( Referral program fee, non-refundable) 1-7 nights $99 USD | 8-11 nights $139 USD | 12-14 nights $179 USD | 15-18 nights $209 USD | 19-21 nights $239 USD.
  • WHAT BENEFITS WILL MY REFERRAL GET DURING THEY STAY?

    The benefits and accesses of the Referrals are the same that the partner has with its membership.

     

    Here are some of the main benefits:

    1. Round trip transportation from the nearest international airport to the destination of your choice,
    2. Private check-in for members and exclusive member service line during your stay,
    3. Welcome gift in the rooms,
    4. Access to members-only areas,
    5. Exclusive members-only premium beverages,
    6. Home Tour.
    7. Palladium Money,
    8. Personal Concierge,
    9. Palladium Travel Club "Member" bracelet.
    10. Palladium Travel Club "Preferential Rates".
    11. Unlimited reservations at themed restaurants.
  • WHAT BENEFITS DO I GET FROM REFERRING?

    All bookings you make under the Referral Program are considered for benefits to you as a member.

    1. If the referral purchases a membership with code JR, JP, SR, SP, SS, CR, CP, CS, PS or PR (which can be identified in the membership number) you get one week free. The conditions for this week are specified in the certificate.
    2. If the aforementioned acquires a membership with code EX, EA or EB, the referring member will receive a “Special Discount Week”, which has a preferential rate.
    3. If the aforementioned person does not acquire a membership after attending the sales presentation, the member may enjoy the same total of additional nights to his membership.
  • CAN CHANGES BE MADE TO RESERVATIONS?

    Yes, changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and must be made at least one week prior to arrival.
