- Offer is available only for prepaid bookings with a FLEXIBLE and/or NON-Refundable offer, with payment dates as specified in the terms and conditions of that offer.

- Available only for Party Dates & Partner Events 2025 in Jamaica, Puerto Vallarta & Riviera Maya destinations.
- Not cumulative or combinable with any other offer.
- No modifications that diminish the original valuation of the booking shall be accepted.
- FLEXIBLE promotion payment terms:
- Valid for reservations made at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
- Book your stay by prepaying 20% now and the rest 15 days before your arrival.
- You must pay 20% of the stay within 7 days of booking to make this offer valid. If payment is not made within this period, the reservation will be canceled and the offer will become invalid. Any changes shall be subject to the offer and the hotel’s availability.
- If you book your reservation within 15 days prior to arrival, the entire stay will be charged from the time of booking.
- Offer available only for hotels in the Americas.
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
- If you cancel your booking within 48 hours before arrival at the hotel, the full amount of the booking deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellations after 48 hours before arrival will be charged the amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
- Only for payments with credit or debit card. The 20% prepayment for the stay will be made through a payment link. Wire transfers and/or account deposits are not accepted.
- The hotel will consider a modified booking as a new reservation and will update the rate according to price, availability and conditions in effect on the day of the modification If the new booking is less than the total amount originally quoted and booked, no refund will be applied to the 20% deposit, unless the terms of total cancellation of the reservation up to 48 hours before arrival are followed.
- An amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay will be charged for no-shows at the hotel.
- Cancellations after 48 hours before arrival will be charged the amount equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
- The total amount of the stay will be charged as a penalty for early departure.
- No modifications that diminish the original valuation of the booking shall be accepted.
- Non-Refundable promotion payment terms:
- This offer does not apply for partial and/or full refunds in case of cancellations or modifications.
- This promotion does not apply credit for future stays.
- This offer is only valid for stays booked with a Non-Refundable offer and does not apply to any additional charges.
- Payment Dates for Parties & Membership Events:
- Jamaica Destination: Payment must be deposited by Sunday, December 1, 2024 or it will be subject to cancellation. Rebookings will be subject to hotel and offer availability.
- Puerto Vallarta Destination: Payment must be deposited by Tuesday, April 1, 2025 or it will be subject to cancellation. Rebookings will be subject to hotel and offer availability.
- Riviera Maya Destination: Payment must be deposited by Friday, August 1, 2025, or it will be subject to cancelation. Rebookings will be subject to hotel and offer availability.
- Offer only for payments with credit or debit card via a payment link. Wire transfers and/or account deposits are not accepted.
